The pool is wonderful and refreshing.

I can't believe how awful my stay was. The room was tiny and dirty, definitely not what I expected from a deluxe room. I had to argue just to receive basic amenities, and the bathroom was subpar with an unpleasant smell coming from the towels. This hotel did not live up to any of its claims. it was a complete disaster.

Check-in process could use improvement. it took over two hours!!! Also, the room cleanliness and size did not match expectations for a five-star hotel!!!

A pool with a surprise view

The open-air pool on the 6th floor offered breathtaking views of the sunset. The staff went above and beyond for our anniversary, making the stay truly memorable.

However, the entrance was tricky to locate, which could be frustrating for first-time visitors. The exterior seemed a bit worn, needing some care.

the location of leonardo gordon beach is fantastic, just steps away from the beach and boardwalk. the onsite spa offers great pampering treatments, which was a nice touch after a day in the sun. we enjoyed using the fitness center too.

I loved the location of Leonardo Gordon Beach. Just steps away from the beach and the vibrant boardwalk, it felt perfect. The pool area really stood out. It offered a refreshing escape after a long day. The staff greeted me with smiles and helped with my requests, showing they cared. The breakfast was a highlight with varied, fresh options. However, my room had its issues. The cleanliness wasn't up to par when I checked in. I noticed some dust and unemptied trash in corners. The Wi-Fi signal in my room was weak, making it tough to connect. The noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep during the night, and I heard banging noises that felt intrusive. Parking was challenging too, with limited options and high fees. Overall, I appreciated the atmosphere and location but left wanting better service and room conditions.

I recently stayed at Leonardo Gordon Beach for an anniversary celebration. The hotel had a stylish interior, and the rooftop pool provided stunning views. The staff treated us incredibly well, spoiling us with thoughtful surprises. Minor issues included the slow elevator and room amenities, but overall, a fantastic experience!

The room was comfy with a great view of the sea, even though there was no balcony. The small bathroom didn’t bother me much, and it was super quiet—definitely no noisy hallway distractions. The bed was nice to crash in after a long day. The rooftop pool had amazing views too!

Spectacular views, friendly staff.

The location was excellent, right by the beach. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh options including pastries and juices. The conference facilities were well-equipped, making my meetings smooth and successful.

The service was lacking and the check-in process was frustrating.

The rooftop pool and bar had amazing ocean views, perfect for sunset cocktails. The clean vibe was refreshing too!

Felt so at home, nothing to complain about.
